| I am unable to log into my account. At first it says that the password isn't correct and when I try to change the password it gives me an HTTP 500 ERROR. I am also not receiving any reset password email. |

Hi everyone,
I am unable to submit any snipes using gixen. The snipes were not saving when I submitted them when I went back to check. I deleted my cookies and cache, logged out of my account and now cannot log into it. When I try to log in, It gives me an HTTP 500 error.
I have tried resetting my password since I am unable to log in but I do not receive a reset password request. Basically I went from unable to snipe to now unable to log into my account.
I would truly appreciate help with this issue,
