Cannot log in or reset password

I cannot log on and am not getting an email to reset my password. I know I have the right username and email. Is anyone else having issues logging in. It?s been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks now.

I'm not having any problems logging in.

It's possible that too many attempts could have caused your id to be disabled. That would be a measure to prevent it being possible to hack an id just by guessing many different possible passwords.

If you've already used the tool to have it send you your id, based on your registered email address, and you've checked your spam folder for any missing responses, the next step is to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address given on the contact page.

Please always include your Gixen id (not your Ebay id) in all correspondence, along with a short description of the issue that you are having.

I registered again with my same username I used before and was able to access the account. It?s the same account bc it has my Gixen mirror subscription on it from before without needing do anything.

I still never received any responses from my support emails or when trying to reset the password.

Definitely some bugs going on in that process but for now I seem to be in my account again.

Apple updated iOS. Can?t log in from iPhone or any other apple device. Tried resetting password but no response to email and not in junk either!

I downloaded Gixen iOS iPhone app. I *think* I was able to log in. But, after entering eBay item number and bid amount, got spinning timer
And bid never set up?.
