Previous 3 years i've been using gixen to buy items from specific ebay seller, and all of a sudden my i can't win the auctions anymore even though my max bid is higher than the bid that won the auction , the reason: ''You are not eligible to bid on this item.''
I created new ebay account and changed it for gixen, even tried to bid manually on Ebay ( ID 306254056868- which worked , but still yesterday for the auction on item: ID 297219740581 my automated gixen bid for the auction didn't go through.
This is obvious issue on GIXEN side. Meaby there has been new updates which changed Gixen default settings.
Please Help. This affects my small bussines |

Did you also use a different delivery address for your second account ?
Have you confirmed with the seller in question that they are not blocking any of your accounts ? _________________ Mark |

Do you have an example auction where you have placed a manual bid and subsequently had a Gixen bid rejected ?
If so, that could certainly help with giving Ebay developers something to work with, since bid rejections are something that happens on the Ebay side of things. _________________ Mark |

Yes I have bid again yesterday on 277087367434 ebay item with the same outcome. Could you check it. I am afraid I cannot use this subscription due to this fact. |

Mario can be contacted directly at the support address provided on the Contact page.
Please could you email Mario the details of the earlier bid, that was accepted, before your Gixen bid was rejected. Letting him know the Ebay id that you used to place that bid, the amount and the time that it was accepted by them.
Once he has the details of both the accepted bid that was placed manually as well as the rejected one that Gixen tried to place he should be able to take the case up with the Ebay developers that are responsible for this functionality on the Ebay side. _________________ Mark |

Just a thought, this is an account with 0 feedback... perhaps the amount of the bid actually affects whether Ebay requires more verification ?... perhaps a missing email address, or a registered payment method ?
Have you won anything else at a higher price using this Ebay account ? _________________ Mark |

If the seller of the item had put a restriction on the minimum feedback that they required in order to bid, would that have resulted in the same error? |

Quite possibly, but then they wouldn't have had the earlier $55 bid, that they submitted manually, accepted either. _________________ Mark |

See the full message below, as received from eBay. You have to resolve this with eBay.

Well, it's a message that originates from Ebay... so, it won't be anything that Mario has any influence over.
Many get confused by it, thinking it is referring to items that you can still pay for now, but it doesn't. What Ebay refer to as unpaid items are any things that you've purchased in the past year or so that have been cancelled by the seller as unpaid.. so that they get their fees back... You might not have even asked to cancel the transaction... if that does not sound possible, as Mario says, you will need to call Ebay Customer Service to get them to tell you what records they have of items that you've purchased in the past that show as unpaid on their systems.
Also people often think that if this applies to one auction it should apply to all, but that's not the case either. Sellers can decide what restrictions to put on auctions on an auction by auction basis. Many don't have any restrictions of this kind and prefer not to block any bids that would raise their selling price, while others do it only on certain items, often when they feel comfortable that they'll not be blocking any bids that will actually cost them any money, e.g. if they know already that there's a great deal of interest in a particular item. _________________ Mark |
