The reason no one can give you a link from within the forum is that you need to be logged in to access that page, and it is different depending on which user it is that is logged in. You don't need to be logged in to use this forum though.

So, the simplest way to direct you is that it's accessed via the 'Settings' button on the 'My Snipes' page.

It's then at the top of the page that comes up.
