| i subscribe gixen 1.95$ for a month with paypal without login on last month,but this day paypal charge me again. i need to unsubscribe and refund. |

For refunds you need to send a message to Mario, via email, at the support address given on the Contact page.
Please always include you Gixen id in all messages, together with a description of the outcome that you want to achieve in terms of your Mirror subscription status.

That is what you type into the 'Username' field when you log in to Gixen.
Once you are logged in it's also displayed at the top of the 'My Snipes' page ala 'Bids for MyId (0)'.
