I went to set up a snipe, and it told me I had used my 4 free snipes for the month, so I went ahead and signed up for the annual subscription. PayPal has taken my money, and I?m still getting the ?used your 4 free snipes? messages. Please help. |

What service did you purchase, are you certain that it was an annual subscription ?
For instance, if you bought some chunks, you'd need to activate one before it would change the operation of your account.
So that Mario can look into why your subscription is not being applied to the account that you are logging in to please can you email him at the support address given on the Contact page.
Please include your Gixen id and details about the payment, including what service it was you purchased, when the payment was made and the amount. _________________ Mark |

When I went to send an email, I realized the error that I was making, and am able to login fine now, and create snipes. Sorry for MY confusion, but thank you for the quick help, got me sorted out! |
