For subscription options first you need to go the My Snipes page, which may require you to log in, then you need to press the Settings button and the options are at the top of the page that comes up as a result.

However, unless you already set up a recurring payment, some years ago, there aren't any subscription options that give you a full years access to Mirror services for as little as $6 any more.

Make sure not to oversubscribe yourself though, if you already have a scheduled recurring payment that should kick in before your subscription expires, and you only need more than one recurring subscription if you have multiple Gixen accounts that you use.
