I think if I'd got to the stage where I could not log in from anywhere I'd try resetting it again... and be very careful that I noted exactly what I reset it to.
Then, if that didn't work, I'd email the details of what I'd tried and the resulting error messages to Mario direct at the support address provided on the Contact page.
