snipes disappear after Modify

When I modify a snipe snipes set AFTER that item disappear.
In the attached screenshot, I just modified item 255096331603 and item 384324469716 disappeared. Note, the count at the top still shows "(2)" for the number of active snipes, however, 384324469716 is gone and a bid will not be placed unless I reenter it.

Are you using a mobile device or a desktop computer?

It just happened again. This time, I had 2 snipes ending after the one I modified and the only one that disappeared was the same one, 384324469716. I am the current high bidder on item 384324469716. I suspect that is related to the problem.

Do you have the editable fields above or below the display of your snipes ?

Thought I was going crazier, but bids are just disappearing. I found another one (item number 334112446682) that vanished. I am uncertain if it disappeared while using the Modify feature. Unlike 384324469716, I had never placed a bid on 334112446682 when it disappeared.
This "disappearing snipes" is a new issue, since the recent rollout of the new Gixen "Main" interface.

Confirmed, this just happened to me for the second time. It happened during the beta period too but I wasn't able to lock it down, thought I was imagining things maybe. But yes basically if you have more than one item in your list of snipes and you modify an existing one... ALL ITEMS below that one you modify disappear get deleted.

Very serious bug!!

I haven't been able to reproduce this defect with my account.

Do the ones that disappear have the default 0 snipe value ?

No Cupid, the ones that disappear have various values. None of mine that disappeared had the value of zero.

I just reproduced this bug on a Windows 7 desktop computer, in Firefox:
Modified 234135219342 (ending in 2 days) with 2 snipes ending afterward, in this order:
185007182006 (ending in 6 days) did not change.
313644377425 (ending in 9 days) disappeared/was deleted.

i thought i was going mad. I thought i had raised snipes, but they disappeared when I check later. I have narrowed it down to it only seems to happen after I have modified a snipes bid amount. I saw it happen to day with iitem 174901104701 which disappeared after I modified the snipe for item 373684402952. I am sure it has been happening ever since we moved to the new format. I am on a mac desktop using BRAVE browser on OSX 11.5.2. I can re add the disappeared item back. It's not a biggy, but thought you ought to know there is a bug somewhere.

Until Mario tells us this is resolved, I am using "Delete" then "Add new snipe" as a workaround.

I am no longer going to watch this thread. Mario, please email me if you need any additional information/help trouble-shooting this issue.

If additional instances of disappearing snipes occur, I will add the details to this thread. (That is doubtful, because I am no longer using Edit/Modify.)

It's resolved, as of yesterday. My apology for the issue.

Part of the difficulty resolving this was that I was unable to replicate the problem. Big thanks to Juergen from Germany (who could consistently replicate the issue) for helping me resolve this.

Is this problem occurring again? I too have noticed that I had entered snipes and then they vanish from my list. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10

I am certain I had these 3 auctions entered as snipes, but then they were gone.

I'm not sure if its what was described below by modifying other items, but something is causing them to get removed and I'm pretty sure I next deleted them.

335398035088 and 235569059273 are in the database, your bid was too low.

The only one I don't see any trace of is 335398037538.

... I remember that I had similar experiences, not after suspend, but in plain LXDE session: did not disappear the window size notification from the desktop...
