AUCTION RESTRICTED: BIDDER HAS UNPAID ITEMS, but....
I have NO unpaid items, NO cancellations, NO disputes.
I put a manual bid in today and that went through fine.
Now I suddenly lost 2 items over the past couple of days that both went for less than my snipe
Not happy.. Evil or Very Mad

There's not much that Gixen can do about such responses from Ebay, especially if you don't report the auction numbers that it applies to. It's also impossible for Gixen to prove that there have been no strikes on your account in the past 12 months, only you can do that, in consultation with Ebay direct.

Have you tried asking Ebay Customer Support why their system is rejecting your bids ?

Please be aware that these restrictions generally relate to items that were not paid for, or cancelled by the seller with a reason that is regarded as the buyers responsibility, within the past 12 months.

Sellers can select the option to block bids from Ebay ids, with such strikes registered against their account, on an auction by auction basis.

Hi, I found this thread because I have experienced the same problem. I am having my snipes rejected under the reasoning: Status (main): AUCTION RESTRICTED: BIDDER HAS UNPAID ITEMS

The thing is 1) I have no unpaid items ( I have in the past when I was trying to combine shipping, but they were all cleared by the time these auctions were running)

2) I AM able to bid if i go onto the site myself and place a bid, so the problem is isolated to Gixen specifically.

Has anyone else encountered this and know how to fix it?

ebay customer service is worthless. They lie and say problem is fixed when it isn't. I have had a false unpaid item charge that causes my bids to be blocked.
Nut case psycho seller demanded payment but would not accept any form of payment, no paypal, no check, no money order. A week wasted email back and forth trying to pay then seller accused me of fraud and refused to sell. I documented this and sent all to ebay certified mail but even after many promises from ebay customer service over many months, I don't know how many agents lied to me and said it is fixed my bids are still being blocked. Only solution is to close the damaged account and open a new one losing all my 100% feedback. But when I try to switch to a new account on Gixen I get an error message. Can't be done.

Ebay only allows sellers to block accounts with unpaid item strikes for about a year, so if you wait long enough your original account won't suffer from this restriction.

On the issue with changing which account you use for your Gixen snipes, can you explain further the issue you are having ?

Is it with the second section of the Settings page where you set up the authorisation to allow Gixen to place bids on your behalf or

Is it with the Mirror transfer process, accessed from further down the Settings page ?

Exactly what error message(s) are you receiving and at what stage of what procedure ?
