Gixen wont let me login with the same password and username as always. I jumped through the re-set password hoop and still rejected. Gixen works fine on my phone....strange?? |

Please try again now. If still experiencing the problem try deleting Gixen cookies in your web browser. |

Regarding your suggestion to get rid of gixen cookies,my adblock plus keeps those from invading. Still cant get on, would you suggest that I remove gixen from my laptop and re-install? Also accidently opened a link and my Avast secured a threat and said it contained a blacklist, from a ad I suppose. |

Can you disable the adblock (for gixen.com at least) and test it then? What adblock are you using? |

I use ADBLOCK PLUS. Adblock has been disabled on gixen prior to this for quite awhile. I am at a loss. Should I cancel the program and set gixen up again? |

No, don't do that, it's not guaranteed to resolve your issue anyway, particularly if you use the same browser and computer.
I'd suggest manually removing the cookies yourself from within your browser, not leaving it to Ad block.
If that still doesn't work I'd recommend contacting Mario direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page, detailing the issues and including your Gixen id, before you consider taking any steps to set up a new account. _________________ Mark |
