Purchased Chunk but none shown available

I just purchased a chunk of 14 day blocks of service but at the top of the settings page.... nothing. How long does it take for the chunk to show up in my account?

Yes you should be able to enable chunks from there.

If not, please email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page with details of both your payment and your Gixen id.
