How about offering an alternative login where, instead of a password, with my cell phone number stored, I get a text message with an access number that I can enter, instead of a password. That way, none of us have to remember yet another password.
Paypal has this option, and with my UserID only, I can be on any computer or phone and login and not have to remember my password, as Paypal sends me a text with the access number.. |
