I would like to sign up for the gixe mirror service, but can't seem to locate where to do it. I am missing too many auctions in the last few seconds, I hope this helps.

All the subscription options are at the top of the Settings page, which you can get to by pushing the 'Settings' button after you have logged in here.

If your bids are just too low, this won't necessarily help though, the amount you are prepared to pay will always be the most significant factor in whether you win Ebay auctions, timing is always a secondary consideration.
