The most common cause is that you've set up the subscription twice. The method implemented by Paypal is always to push payments out, Gixen does not request them.
You should be able to see this reflected in the section of your Paypal account that details your recurring subscriptions, not just in the payments that are made.
Firstly make sure that you've got these credited to the same Gixen account, a reference to the account to which it applies should be provided in every email that you get from Paypal that confirms a payment. Some Gixen users have mistakenly set up multiple accounts that they don't actually need.
