Hello,
I'm trying to use the password reset as it seems I've forgotten mine. I used the username recovery to make sure I was putting in the correct username and I am. No email ever arrives. Very strange since the account name email works fine.

In these circumstances, if the email isn't even getting delivered to your spam folder it's best to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address provided on the Contact page. Please always include your Gixen username in all correspondence.
