And the reason is......
Quoting from the auction's page:
"The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the minimum bid or reserve amount." |

I see... so an accurate STATUS would be:
ABENDED
ABORTED
DROPPED
PULLED
STOPPED
TERMINATED
WITHDRAWN
Seems like a smart system like this should be able to discern and report that. |

The reason why the status is not updated is - the end time changes for such auction (to time when seller canceled it), and the way system works, it's immediately off the map.
I should probably do something about it seeing the number of users who get frustrated thinking it's a Gixen malfunction. |

IF END_TIME < SCHEDULED_END
AND PAGE_CONTAINS("ended listing early because")

People complain about an excellent free service. What is the world coming to? And then they submit a line of BASIC code to 'help'? Geez. Some people ...
Thanks you mario for his patience and great service. Please don't let these bozos get you down.
Signed,
A VERY satisfied (and still free) user ... |

Complains are what make any service to go ahead and improve.
How can you submit a code without knowing the source? The author should know better what and how it needs to be changed (if it really needed), unless it's just when someone did not really understand the idea behind some feature. |

But isn't BASIC a program language, not a website language?
It looks like gixen is php. |

Btw, some people build websites using BASIC language
But word "BASIC" is not always a language. I think FrankW did not mean it as a language.
