Snipe it on app

So I am on app.....re-loaded couple of times. PC is fine, account works fine.
Do a search on ebay, find item, press Snipe It to set up a snipe. Snipe it does a wobble to say has got command.....no snipe sets up. Put item number in, and does not set up page for me to set up a snipe. Used to work. On Samsung 20 plus phone....

Try adding your snipe from the web interface. Let us know if that works. Any account error will be easier to spot there.
