Unable to added new snipes

Hi

eBay item number:402804639070 and eBay item number:384110896313

I have experienced problems with adding new snipes over the last 24 hours. When I add a new snipe it doesn't appear in my list no matter what I do. Even after Link/Re-authorize my Gixen account with my eBay account I still cannot add any new snipes.

Please can you advise, thank you.

I can schedule snipes for both those items using the 'Add' button with a target setting of the United Kingdom.

Do you get any error message at all when you try to do that ?

I'm experiencing the exact same issue as below.

No error message it just doesn't allow you to add new snipes.

So when you push the 'Add' button, the page updates without any error message, but the new snipe does not appear on the list on both the Main and Mirror tabs ?

What is the Target site setting that you have on the Settings page ?

Yes that is exactly what is happening. My Target site setting is United Kingdom and also for the Mirror Site.

The problem is with the parsing of the Url

ebay.co.uk/itm/402804639070?hash=item5dc907055e:g:7hAAAOSwXZBgf260

doesn't work (it used to)

402804639070 will work.

Essentially it is no longer accept URL in the item number field you have to explicitly enter the item Number.

Ah I see, thank you for being more explicit about what is going on.. that should enable Mario to look into it... and, of course, in the mean time you (and others) now have a workaround.

Is this using the desktop or mobile version of the website ?

I am using a laptop. For the last the two hours it's now seems to be working again with Url. I've managed to added over half a dozen snipes.[/i]

Yes, I tried it myself soon after my last response and found it was working just as it used to... so maybe Mario fixed it without letting us know.
