System did not bid on 2 items

Neither bid

My bid was above the eBay 'step higher' payment, should have won


Status = ENDED

Just seen a previous bid had same problem

Gixen has placed bids for me in the past

What were the auction numbers for these snipes ?

Did you get the same status on both the Main and Mirror tabs ?

Are you getting any error messages on your snipes page ?

Is the authorisation for Gixen to be able to bid on your behalf up to date in the second section on the Settings page ?
