bids for an auction show in ebay, but not in Gixen

I have a snipe scheduled. I am wondering why email shows bids, but Gixen shows zero bids. I logged out and logged back in, but still Gixen shows zero bids. I enrolled in Mirror, and it also shows zero bids. However, ebay shows bids. ID number 324385709715

This is normal operation, Gixen can not monitor all auctions in real time, updates appear periodically. To monitor every auction in real time would require many more resources than are available.

If you require updates more frequently and you use a Windows based computer it is recommended that you use the Gixen Desktop Manager since that uses your own computer to retrieve information about the auctions you have scheduled snipes for. You can tailor its behaviour to perform more or less updates.
