Hi
I renewed my subscription nearly 10 days ago yet I missed out on an auction I should have won. Why does it still have the red note saying....
"Your ebay authorization has expired or expires in less than 10 days. Please renew it on the Gixen settings page or your snipes may fail."
The auction I should have won is
eBay item number: 154075834008
I'd like to know if it was just a one off or will this happen again in the future?

OK, I see I had to 're-authorize' on the ebay settings but the strange thing is I did the very same thing 2 weeks ago and I won an auction. For some reason it reverted back to 're-authorize[' if that makes sense. Is this something new as I've been with Gixen for the last 3 years or so? I hope I don't have to 're-authorize' every week?

Every successful completed reauthorisation should be good for 18 months, Ebay only automatically expire them after that.
However, it has been noted that sometimes Ebay expire them for other reasons, like changing your Ebay username or even just your password.
