This indicates that the Mirror server placed the bids first.

Ebay does not allow later bids of the same amount from the same account, and indicates that a higher bid is required in order for another bid to be accepted, hence the status of 'BID UNDER ASKING PRICE'.

This is normal operation, especially if the Main server is using a lower offset value than the Mirror since that is asking the Mirror to bid first. If you want this to happen the other way round you should give the Main the higher offset value.
