Was this the status given on both the Main and Mirror tabs ?
It is very unusual for Gixen to be late on both servers.

it was on the primary, but on the mirror i had
AUCTION RESTRICTED: SHIPPING ADDRESS COUNTRY RESTRICTED
again i have never had this before either |

I think we should concentrate on this one.
Generally that one has meant the seller has decided not to allow bids from buyers with shipping addresses that specify certain countries. I presume the item is located in a country different from your own ?
It's not an option that most sellers use, but it's become more common over the years.
Also these items don't appear in searches made from satellite sites, generally I only search the site I'm associated with as a result.
