I read on another thread another user was having same problem.
They checked their eBay authorisations in Settings - one had expired yesterday so the re-authorised it for 18 months time.
I checked MY dates - both still at least 6 months left but I updated anyway....
NO DIFFERENCE - still getting same message as above user. |

Have updated authorisations, no change and this has occurred since following guidance to update for new interface. Help!!![/b] |

It looks like revoking the secondary eBay authorization under Settings (unlink eBay account) temporarily fixes this issue.[/b] |

I FIXED IT!
Having re-authorised Gixen to use eBay (see above) there was no difference, but then I also clicked the button below where you choose which COUNTRY you link to (I’m UK).
I logged out and then back in so changes could take affect and VOILA Gixen is now working as normal.
I suspect it’s something to do with new server implementation as per email from Mario yesterday. |

I wish you gave me time to figure it out. I can't replicate the issue with my own account. It's indeed related to the secondary authorization, but I don't know what the issue is yet. Apparently it happens only to some users. |

Is it not simply that you have to re-authorise the use of Gixen with eBay AND the country to which you are linking?
Maybe if only some people are having the problem they (like me and at least one other user above) are not linking to eBay USA.
Maybe the act of re-authorising automatically links to USA? |

Sorry about that. I reauthorized the secondary and so far so good. Thanks for making the error more verbose. |

The problem is now resolved for me.
No eBay re-authorizations were necessary. |

I am also experiencing this error:
Error: array ( 'errorId' => 2001, 'domain' => 'ACCESS', 'category' => 'REQUEST', 'message' => 'Too many requests', 'longMessage' => 'The request limit has been reached for the resource.', )
Error: array ( 'errorId' => 2001, 'domain' => 'ACCESS', 'category' => 'REQUEST', 'message' => 'Too many requests', 'longMessage' => 'The request limit has been reached for the resource.', )
Could not add this item (202886056086)(1, -1).
I have re-authorized both in the settings, with no change.
Thanks for the help. |

I am able to add this one to my snipes list via the web interface.
What do you have your target set to on the Settings page ? _________________ Mark |
