unable to set a bid, paid for 2 years

I am unable to set any bids at all. Paid for 2 years.
My saved items on Ebay do show up , but nothing happens when I want to set a snipe. looks like the KB is dead, but it is perfectly working

Very odd... Are you new to using Gixen, or is this something that you think has changed recently?

I'm asking because I'm not sure whether or not you are aware that, by default, the editable fields are close to the bottom of the page when you push the 'Edit' button on a snipe.. ?

Any error message that you see?

The most typical reason when users are unable to schedule a snipe is when eBay authorization expires. This can be extended from the Gixen settings page. But I am not sure that's the problem here - we need more information about what you see.
