Is GIxen a branch of Ebay ?

I am a seller and a buyer on Ebay. I see Ebay making some horrible policy changes...mainly going with modern political correctness which imo will be the death of us all. I also read paypal is being fused out over next two years. I don't understand why Ebay is sabotaging themselves along with their sellers so me along with a lot of other sellers who are fed up with Ebay policy changes are looking for other auction sites. I have paid for Gixen service two times in the past and want to again if Gixen will expand their sniper service to other auction sites besides Ebay. If this service platform would work on other auction sites besides Ebay I would sign up again in a heartbeat.

It has been suggested before, but there has never been any other auction site with the user base that would make it worthwhile developing a sniping solution.
