I just recently changed my eBay User Name. On Gixen it still shows my old eBay User Name even though I unlinked my eBay and then re-authorized it.
Will my scheduled snipes still go through?

Your Gixen username and eBay username are independent. It is best that they be different (as you have them now). Since you have verified that your eBay account is linked to your Gixen account, everything is as it should be.
