Mixing accounts

Hey I got two different accounts and after setting up a snipe on an account the other one won the item, see following pictures;

Do you have one Gixen account associated with two eBay accounts?

If so, that is not recommended. You should have only one eBay account associated with a Gixen account. You should set up a separate Gixen account for each eBay account to avoid "account mixing."
