My Gixen subscription is good until September 2019. A recent snipe failed to bid and gave the message below. eBay item number 333022706770
What can I do to ensure it does not fail again?

"Auth token is invalid. Validation of the authentication token in API request failed."

Error: Auth token is hard expired.
Could not add this item 323656988569 and an ended one
