When I win a snipe, do I pay though eBay or this site?

Pay for the item you won via eBay. If you visit the listing on eBay, you'll be provided a link to follow that will allow you to complete the transaction. If I'm not mistaken, you'll be presented with a button that says [Pay Now]. You should also have gotten an email from eBay with that information, as well.
