Paid for Membership but No Cigar :(

Hi there,

I recently paid for Gixen when my membership ran out, details of the transaction below copied from my online bank account:

However, even though I paid for the service on 21 May I am apparently still not a member.



Also, after having used my eBay log in name for a good number of years, Gixen sudenly announced I could no longer use it and asked me to create a new log in name and password, which I did.

Are the two connected....can someone please help me out?

Yes, it's likely that creating a new username and password is part of this.

If you can still log in to Gixen with your old (eBay) username and your Gixen mirror subscription status on that account shows you that you renewed your mirror subscription, then you can use the Mirror Transfer Form near the bottom of your Settings page to transfer your mirror subscription to your new account.

If that doesn't work, please contact Mario directly at his Gixen support address using the instructions on the Contact page. Be sure to include your Gixen username(s) so he can look up your record.
