Good Afternoon
ebay.co.uk will not accept my snipe on #323193375968 - - yet Gixen worked perfectly on a different uk snipe two days ago, and I've made no changes

The reason Gixen could not add that item is that the listing is a Buy It Now listing, not an auction listing. Since you cannot bid on Buy It Now items, Gixen cannot add them.
If you wish to purchase a Buy It Now item, simply follow the [Buy It Now] link and follow the instructions.
