Is there something going on with Gixen. I had two snipes, one yesterday and one today, and neither were placed. In both cases I would have won the auction.

What status did Gixen give these snipes after the auction had completed ? _________________ Mark |

eBay declined your bid because you don't have a paypal account linked to your eBay account. There was nothing Gixen could have done about this.
Go to eBay MyAccount and you will see an option to link your paypal account. |

Unless there were no bids on either auction, you cannot know this to be true.
Just because your snipe was higher than the winning amount, you can't know how high the winner's actual bid was - they could have bid much more than your snipe. |

This is true... all that can be deduced is that if the bid had been accepted by Ebay then either the OP or the person that won the auction, would have paid more than what turned out to be the ending price. _________________ Mark |
