Please explain why Gixen submitted two separate bids on an auction this afternoon, separated by one second. I was the only bidder. Can provide screenshot from eBay. Item #401462960431.
Also, when I signed in yesterday, Gixen wouldn't accept the username and ID I set up previously, so I had to create yet another one. Hopefully that will continue to be accepted. |

If you have Gixen mirror - this is normal. Gixen will send your bid twice, from two servers. Most of the time only one (first one) will register, but sometimes you will see them both in bid history. |

Did you have a Mirror subscription and manage to transfer it from your old Gixen id to your new one ?
Before setting up another did you attempt the password reset procedure ?
How many Gixen ids have you set up now, for the same Ebay id ? _________________ Mark |

You might also check your Settings page to verify that you have authorized Gixen authorized on your eBay account. _________________ John
