| I paid twice for my mirror subscription so still handover a year's worth left when changed my eBay username. I have now lost the mirror service despite it being the same eBay account, just a change of username. I don't mind paying early but I was surprised that just changing my username negated my mirror subscription. Any ideas how it can be restored? |

Log on, push the 'Settings' button near the top and then look for:
"Transfer your mirror subscription to another ebay username"
on the page that comes up... follow the instructions from there.
You will need access to the email account that you had registered with Paypal when you made your payment(s), in order to confirm the transfer.
