| I recently changed my ebay username and when I log into gixen to add bids, it does not recognize my mirror subscription. How can I get Gixen to recognize my mirror subscription from my old username with the new one? |

When you are logged in here, select the 'Settings' button near the top of the page.
On the page that comes up look for 'Mirror Transfer Form' and select the link.
The process of transferring the subscription requires you to have access to the email address that you had registered with Paypal when you made the original payment, in order to confirm the update.
