| Hi, concerning item 122031698237 i got the message 'Unknown error (1) no log details. My snipe bid was a higher. What happened? |

Was it a Mirrored snipe?... If so what was the status on the Mirror tab?

Failures of this type occur in as many as 1 in 250 snipes from a single server.
The Mirror reduces that rate considerably because then you have two different servers in different locations both trying to place the bid for you.
When failure rates increase above the normal level on a single server that is an indication that things need to be looked into more closely... in this case there doesn't seem to be a lot of failures being reported, yet.
