Problems that started tonight continued this morning, and ended with a server reboot. I am still investigating what caused it, but it looks like the main server has a (kernel) memory leak that causes it to run out of memory after a month or so. I should have re-started it last night as soon as I noticed problems, I waited far too long.

My apologies to affected users.
