Hello,
When trying to log into the Gixen desktop I am receiving the following errors:
Could not get user country, using default
Then I hit OK... next
Error (115): Gixen Account Suspended
Then I hit OK... next
Could not get item list, API returned: error (115): gixen account suspended
I have never had any such problems before. I have seen some threads on this Forum regarding actual Ebay accounts being suspended, but my Ebay account is fine if I use the Ebay site...
This seems to imply that Gixen does not want me to log in... Please advise.
I LOVE this Gixen desktop app and sniping is the only way to go. I would appreciate any help / insight on this issue.

I was having the same problem. Then I discovered that I was trying to log in using my email address. Once I changed my username to the eBay User Id, it worked fine. |

As Lawill mentioned something is wrong with your eBay user id or password used to log in.
If you changed your user id or password at eBay you must remember to change that info in gixen as well. Sounds obvious but some people forget.
Gixen only supports logging in with your eBay user id - it does not work with the e-mail address assigned to your eBay account to log in. |
