why did not win item 201474928170 ?

I'm very upset with my using GIXEN.COM on my bidding item 201474928170, please explaint ....I should have possessed this item if i bidded manually .....!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What was the status that Gixen gave the snipe after the auction had completed?

Was the snipe Mirrored, if so do you have the same status on the Mirror tab?

I think the Main hosting facility had a power outage earlier today, so that might explain some Main server snipe failures.

I imagine it was not Mirrored then?

If so, it was probably due to the power outage at the hosting facility.

I don't think the Mirror was affected by this... which is why it was introduced and the added reliability is why I recommend having it.

I told my friend about the case, he just said that this is the price that I chose the cheap bidding machine, and he adviced me to find other better bid snap machines to avoid more future problems .....

vietnamflyingdragon, Gixen may be inexpensive, but it's not cheap. That said, it looks like the mirror snipe timed out at the very time when main server had an issue. Not sure if ebay had an issue around that time or it was just very bad luck - however this is extremely rare.

While we all judge based on our own experience (when we lack broader statistics), I assure you that this is extremely rare, and Gixen is truly an exceptional service - both in technology used and everything else.
