If i want to bid on an item that is on a 10 day auction for example, can I schedule a snipe on the first day? ie. is there a limit to the amount of time that a snipe will stay scheduled in Gixen? |

You can do it anytime you like... obviously for auctions that can be sniped that is a maximum of 10 days... if you find an auction that runs longer it will be from a shop and only 'Buy it Now' is available, so it can't be sniped.
It will stay till the auction closes when it will bid 6 seconds before the end.
Then it stays for a couple of days after the auction has finished so that you can see what happened from gixens perspective. _________________ Mark |

I would suggest to place an initial small bid first before sniping.. Some sellers can change the whole description until nobody bids on it and if there are more than 12 hours left.
You don't want to win a different auction.. |
