but gixen log in fail password

I also tried logging in to Gixen today, but my password was rejected a number of times with a list pf possible causes / fixes. I see from the forum that this has happened before.
I tried logging in/out of ebay & had no issues there.
Prior to contacting Gixen support & going through the whole process, I thought I would try rebooting both my PC & my internet router & problem is gone.
