I am a first time user. I download the desktop management software and created an entry. I set the Max snipe for $6.75, but the winning bid was $6.00. My bid does not appear on the bid history at all. Here is a screenshot of the program:

The Item ID is: 161568139019
What went wrong? |

It looks like your password was refused by eBay. Have you changed your ebay password after scheduling your snipe with Gixen?
If yes, you have to re-schedule your snipes after logging in with the new password. |

I changed my password a couple of days ago, but I only tried the program for the first time today. My password has not changed since using the program. Is the program supposed to verify the information? |

It will do that only if your last successful login was more than a week ago, otherwise it will compare your password to the last successful hash of your password. Hence it's possible that you log in fine to Gixen with an old password. The snipes will fail in that case, and I would guess that's what happened here. |
