Do you use any special characters either in your Ebay name or your password... those have caused issues in the past.

If you are still unable to resolve the problem, this issue is probably best dealt with via email (Mario can be contacted via the support email address available on the 'Contact' tab above) because, for security reasons. you can not openly discuss specific details of your id and password here on an open forum.

If you do contact Mario via email please include your ebay id but do not include your password as email is not secure enough for that either.
