Login error in Gixen

Hi, I'm getting always this error:

Please contact Gixen admin (7, rbmota+ebay%40gmail.com)

while logging in the web.

I can login at ebay sites (namely ebay.es which is the one I use the most).

What should I do?

Please log in with your ebay username, not your email address. eBay knows that this is the same account, but Gixen doesn't. If you don't know your ebay username, log in to ebay, click on My Account and you should see it.
