| 291235690125 Got an unknown error (3) on this bid that I would have won today. When I clicked on view error and logged into eBay all that seemed to be wrong was that I hadn't entered my contact details into eBay yet as I had just signed up. |

If Ebay requires your contact details in order to allow you to bid that is what you must do before any sniping service will work for you.
It would be impossible for Gixen to provide those details since it does not even know what they are.
