I still can access Gixen with my old password and see old snipes but when I try to log in with my new pass I can't. Also I tried with a Chrome Incognito window just to discard cache issues.

I'd appreciate any help.

maskaiano, you may have to wait up to 24 hours after changing your ebay password before you are able to log in to Gixen.

This doesn't work either - my old password keeps coming up on gixen, despite me altering it to the new password, and the new ebay password has been working on ebay for almost a week. I don't have a specific item at the moment, as I'm fed up having to change the password on gixen. Would it not be a better idea to provide a method of changing the password through a gixen customer account? Idea Thanks.

thomasn8653, I am guessing you are having a browser issue - is it your browser that memorized your old password? Which one do you use?

This definitely sounds like a browser issue... Gixen does not remember your password... you may wish to delete the remembered password in your browser so that it does not give you a default password at all.
