Hello, I've been super happy with Gixen but the last two ebay auctions.
First was lost to an error (7) not sure what that was about.
The second was an underbid??? my set price was above the closing price.
Really not sure what is going on. I did a test bid to make sure I could bid on the auction and then set the price on Gixen.
thanks for the help. |

In order for anyone to look you need to quote the auction number(s) here.
Sometimes Gixen provides a link along with the status that allows you access to the page that Ebay produced that was the cause of the problem.
For the 'Bid Below Asking Price', was the scheduled bid within a bid increment of the auction price?... If that was the case, it is still correct since Ebay will not accept any bids that are less than one bid increment above the current auction price. _________________ Mark |

the error (7) auction was 380883120790
and the under bit was 221415523487 , my bid on the under bit was $50 higher than the closing price. |
