Mirror subscription gone?

Hi!
I purchased a one year renewal of my subscription at the end of October 2013 and now it's asking me to pay again, and the mirror is gone :/
I don't know what happened. I changed my ebay username, but I had no problem logging in. I tried erasing the cookies in case that's what showed that I had no subscription, but still nothing.
What happened?
(of course, I have the renewal confirmation email, if needed)

If you change your Ebay id Gixen will not know it is the same one.

You will need to transfer the subscription from the old id name to the new one, the transfer form can be accessed via the Settings page.
